the ship was well maintained and the guest services were friendly. However, room service always took an outrageous amount of time. Also the price of internet was way too high. I would have hoped the inconvenience of having to go to the internet cafe's (even though the internet was more stable there) would have been a lower rate than the ease of connecting in your own cabin (even though it never worked). Also, I feel as if I should have been reembursed for the minutes I wasn't able to use. Every bit of my review is in complete regards to the ship its self and the staff thereof. My experience with the associate that helped me from (adrian brower) was above and beyond fantastic. I wish there was a way to rate her services as well

Pros: friendliness of the other guests

Cons: there were a lot of the problems with the internet. Such as connecting (constantly had wifi in room showing
