7 Night Western Caribbean (Galveston Roundtrip)
Sail Date: February 26, 2012
Ship: Carnival Magic
Cabin Type: Suite
Traveled As: Family (young children)

This was a great ship, and we had a wonderful time. The food was not the best we've ever had on a cruise ship, but was adequate. The overall trip was relaxing and enjoyable, mainly because it is a well-planned, spacious, wonderful new ship with helpful wait and clean-up staff

We visited and decided to not leave our 18 month and 3 year old. Too wide an age span, large adult/child ratio, and not adequate supervision

The exterior rooms with a balcony are great. Interior rooms are small, dark and crowded. It's worth it to pay a bit more for the outside rooms.

Pros: cleanliness of ship and newness-- wait and clean-up staff

Cons: morning show on lido deck
