7 Night Western Caribbean (Galveston Roundtrip)
Sail Date: January 29, 2012
Ship: Carnival Magic
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Singles/Friends
Reviewed: 5 years ago
There were too many passengers for the size of the showrooms, hallways, elevators, etc.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The only thing is I am an early riser and the buffet opens at 7:30 for breakfast.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
There was no time between the shows in the large showroon and the lounge at the other end. There were too many people and we could not go to both shows on the same night without going to the late show.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone of the staff were the best there is. Marketa and Russell in the dining room were 2 of the best people I have ever met. They were wonderful.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Need an elevator for chairs and walkers only!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Wonderful room and service!

Pros: No laundry to do, no cooking or cleaning to do, and someone to wait on you at all times.

Cons: The crowded shows and the horrible wait to get a relative, in an electric chair, onto the elevators. People are RUDE!!

Recommends Carnival Magic? Yes!
