Lacking in service

Sail Date: October 01, 2011

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Lots of activities to choose from. Food was okay but not great. Dining room service was very poor. This is the first cruise that I have been on where the dining room staff were trying to wait on so many tables. They seemed way overworked..and I think it really affected their attitudes towards customers.

Pros: Cabin stewards were great; seaside theater; rope bridges course

Cons: Dining room service poor; too many people for size of show theater
