Review summary

Fun, enjoyable family vacation. It was my daughters first time cruising and they loved it! Overall very satisfied with the cruise, would do it again. It was a bit difficult and time consuming locating photos taken daily.

American rock show was very entertaining. Got to take pictures with cast. Various nightly bands were great, especially guitar player Kyteus, he was amazing. I give him top score!. The cruise director, Steve from Canada was very entertaining, I especially enjoyed his high energy and his frequent updates to make aware of daily events.

Cabin was clean. I wished the cloths line in the bathroom worked to hang wet bathing suits out to dry. In absence of cloths line wet clothing were draped over the shower rod.

Ship tip

Love the adult only quiet areas. A must do to get away for some solitude.

I think all the ships should go digital. I know vista and horizon are digital and I think one or two others but definitely they all need to go digital!!!

Carnival has a disorganized way to display photos. On Norwegian, you have your own folder and they put all the photos your family has taken in the pocket. Its so organized and you don't miss any of your photos in the mess Carnival has.

a better system for the photos is coming soon, slow but soon. the man that invented Disney's magic bands signed on with carnival Corp. they're starting with Princess. the technology is called the Ocean Medallion, should come to Carnival fleet in the next few years. same concept as magic band though. will open your door, act as Sail and sign card, and allow for your photos to be linked to you digitally. check them out! its going to be a great addition when it rolls out.

This past week on liberty was our daughters first cruise as well. She liked it ok she got bored easily with the age grumpy she was in. She said she doesn't want to go on another one for a while because she missed her friends at home.
