Review summary

Daytime deck entertainment was Raunchy. Some the the choreography of the evening shows was also raunchy. The PG rated comedy shows had one comedian who couldn't come up with clean material so all he did was berate a family for 45 minutes (awkward ). When I approached customer service about a concern, they felt it was appropriate to argue with me thus, if you plan to purchase the unlimited soda for a child I suggest you don't, you have to go to a bar to get it, I did not like that my nine and six year-old had to go to a bar, here the language they heard just to get a soda. The food service lines were slow and unorganized. If you plan on taking young children I suggest another cruise line. Will not cruise with Carnival again.

I do agree certain cruises are a little bit more fun than others.. I would recommend a different ship like the Magic, or Vista that has more kid activites. I do agree about kids having to go to bar to get sodas. I do wish they would get a free standing machine. Howver, cruises can be hit or miss. I love Disney but not there price, and they have no casinos. You will see each ship is different. The Vista has half a deck called family harbor for families with kids under 12. You have your own lounge, comp kids eat free at specialty restaurants, 1 comp night of babysitting, etc.. If you have any questions just message me.

Well, that is our society. You can't control people and their language. Generally, the bar on the back of Lido is often less crowded so try that one, or get the drink yourself and deliver it to your children. Never found a problem with the main shows being raunchy.

LOVE carnival and have not seen any issues except on 3 and 4 day cruises... aka party cruises. If you take your kids on a cruise, I wouldn't recommend short cruises. As for food lines... the trick is eat earlier if you don't want lines. Simple...

Is this your first Carnival cruise? They are the party cruise line for a reason.

I agree... Disney sounds like it's best for you...if you are that sensitive I don't think most adults want you on carnival either :-)

Cheaper and easier on Carnival to bring a 12-pack of soda per person rather than buying the unlimited package. As for the language, welcome to 2017. It's the nature of postmodern culture. Your parents should've had you in 1817.

I would suggest Disney cruises. Unfortunately, you always will run into language.
