Review summary

This was our first cruise and we enjoyed it.  We have decided this was our best ever vacation and will be cruising again. We LOVED Donkey the Cruise Director.  He made us laugh more than we have in a while.  The casino was great, as was the food.  The only complaint, We were charged for a bottle of wine that we never ordered or received.  We also were charged for gratuities even though we left tips for everyone.  They did remove them from our bill after requesting them to.  Need to tell anyone that cashes out to their Sail card that they need to go to the casino cashier to retrieve their money.  I was not told this until I went to guest services to question our account. The morning of the disembarking I felt we were rushed to get off the boat earlier than 8am.   All in all, we will be cruising again.

The cabin was bigger than expected. The window was dirty and filmy, which made it hard to take a picture through.

These items are mostly normal when you cruise. You have felt rushed to get off, because the entire ship has to be cleared, so the next group of passengers can start boarding about 3.5 hours later. As for the bottle of wine, mistakes happen. Guest Services should have taken care of it. The tips should have been listed on your final bill. The ship and the "Fun Times" tell you to cash out the last night. Enjoy your next cruise.
