Family Cruse

I had booked a family cruse for 5 for my 33 Anniversary and my in-laws 50th Anniversary. But we never got to Cozmel. We had been saving for this trip for 30 years. I was so hurt when I found out that we were not going to a place I had purchased.  Why sell a cruse when the ship has not been there in 4 weeks  

Cabin / Stateroom
Our balcony was very dirty, we had to request for a different cabin steward the first one did not clean our cabin, I had made arrangements to have the refrigerator unlocked and cleaned out so I could keep my insalin in, had to call guest services 5 times and then had to go to guest services in person to get the fridge unlocked

Lines were too long

Destinations and Excursions
Never made it to Cozmel
Onboard Activities
Children's Programs Did not have children on the trip
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
There was no diabetic deserts onboard I had made arrangements to have sugar free deserts at lunch and dinner and only received one


I was told that we could have a choice of language lobster each evening, but I was lead to believe they were included I did not know I would have to pay extra for them
