The good - the ports are excellent. Dock early and get a full day in, which is not always true on cruises. The ship is in good condition and the staff overall is very good. A food note - if you like burgers, you have to try Guy's on the Lido deck - it's absolutely addictive!
The not so good - the Lido deck was plagued by long lines most of the time. It had odd hours - not open until 7:00am for example for breakfast, which doesn't sound bad but if you've got an early excursion, it's a bit of an issue. What drove us crazy though was they rarely opened both sides of each line, despite the fact they had food set out (but covered) on both sides. Made no sense. It could take as much as 30 minutes to get thru the lines.
The bad - debarkation was horrid. Might be because we were in San Juan and therefore some Customs issues but it took us nearly 3 hours to get off and thru Customs. Good thing we didn't have an early flight.

Tour tip - if you like to snorkel, catch a cab at each port and go to the beach, which is very close at each port. Many tours end up taking you there anyway and charge a lot more for it. You can rent snorkeling stuff at the beaches.
