Boarding process was easy and smooth. Cabin with a balconey was nice but so cold and the thermostat was not able to be adjusted. I needed to wear sox and warmer pajamas. Steward was friendly and the cabin was always made
The islands we visited were spectacular. Spent an afternoon on a beach in St. Kitts and took a catamaran out to see the Pitons in St. Lucia. Those were the highlights.
The boarding process was smooth and took no time at all. Our balcony cabin was nice but so cold, with a thermostat that could not be adjusted. I needed to wear sox and warm pajamas to bed. Cabin steward was pleasant and our cabin was always made up in a timely manner.
Dining room service was excellent. Ivan, Ronnie and Robert were great. Would have preferred sitting with a larger group of younger people but it turned out ok. I found the quality of food was not as good as in previous Carnival cruises. The major drawback to this cruise was the constant blaring Latin music at the main pool. So much so that all of our pool time on board was spent at the adult only pool. I also found that it was not possible to get food 24 hours a day, even though it is advertised. Specifically, the Pizza Pirate. And when it was open, the lines were 18 to 20 people deep.
It may be time for us to go to another cruise line.
