Great Experience for a first time Cruise

Sail Date: August 23, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Besides the fact that is an all you can eat floating hotel, the staff made sure that there were activities all around the boat while at sea to make sure you you are entertained.  Dinner at the restaurant was great, every night food menu was relevant to the port of embarkation of that day. Rooms were cleaned several times a day and the staff was really friendly. The shows at night had nothing to envy a broadway show. Only complaint is that excursions were really over priced. You are better off doing it on your own.

Amazing view and great place to relax or tan.

Excursions were over priced.

Tip

Besides having the excursions over prices pictures taken on and off the ship by staff are $ 23 each...waaaay to much. Carnival does not allow you to bring your own water any more, but you can purchase a case of 9 bottle of $3. There is water and free juice all around the ship so that is optional.
