We had fun. Some ships have such a focus on drinking and gambling that those who don't do those things have little else to do. We felt we had things to do all the time, from comedy clubs to shows, to games, to dancing. It was wonderful.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate in the dining room most often. Excellent service, and we tried anything on the menu we wanted to try.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Dance lessons should NOT have been on the stage when there are so many nightclubs throughout the ship. We wanted a lesson, not to put on a show.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
We had no complaints, but we did notice that the staff were not quite as personable as they were on Holland America ships (I sailed with them 2 times).

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very large, surprisingly clean.
The location of the dining rooms often made moving about confusing, though.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Pros: Ports of call, Serenity adult area, spa professionals were not overly pushy with sales

Cons: Days at sea, unattended teens in Serenity area overnight

Recommends Carnival Liberty? Yes!
