Good, but not great

Sail Date: July 28, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Ship is well designed and nicely decorated.

Pros: Pleasant and efficient crew

Cons: Long lines everywhere\, high prices for drinks considering how much you are paying to be on the ship

Recommends Carnival Liberty? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Food was good\, especially dinner in the main dining room. Lunch was another matter as there were long lines for everything except the hamburgers\, which fortunatley were great. Never did get to try the wok as there were long lines at all times and the line moved very slowly.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Staff was generally quite nice\, but overworked.
Entertainment
Comedy was very good. Music varied from poor to good. Cruise director was annoying.
