Overall, An Enjoyable Cruise

Sail Date: April 28, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship was updated and the staff is organized, friendly, hardworking and helpful. There are activities scheduled onboard to suit everyone. The stateroom was cleaned twice a day and the bed was comfortable. The meal alternatives are very good. Choose assigned dining room service, buffet, 24 hour pizza, Guy Fieri's burgers, tacos, fish and chips, Mongolian stir fry, soft serve ice cream, etc. Plenty of options and quality of food was more than acceptable. Dining Room was especially good for service and food quality. Staff was attentive and efficient. The only frustrating part is the checkin at the port of Miami. Took over an hour of standing in line in the rain, and another 30 minutes to get room key and get onboard.

Pros: Service, Cleanliness, Onboard scheduled activities

Cons: Check in process at Port of Miami
