Carnival should not be your first choice

Weve been on multiple cruises. This was our first and last with Carnival. Our experience with the overabundance of passengers under 18 was very negative. The children were not supervised by their parents and Carnival did absolutely nothing to keep them from acting like unruly teenagers! Underage kids hanging out in the bars and Casino was unacceptable. The Carnival staff didnt seem to care about kids literally running all over the ship, playing in the elevators, jumping from the hot tubs into the adjacent pools, towel fights on the Lido (pool) deck, etc, etc.

If youre bringing your kids; theyll have fun because no one will care what they do. If you thought the Camp Carnival staff actually watched the kids though youd be mistaken.

If you would like to enjoy a cruise without having kids pushing their way to the front of the lines or run around in the halls unsupervised until the wee hours of the morning then you should look elsewhere.

Pros: Ports of call were nice

Cons: Carnval did nothing to enforce their own rules

Recommends Carnival Liberty? No.
