The ship entertainment, camp carnival, and activities are great. The dining staff and friendliness of everyone can be improved.

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Dining staff was a disappointment: from Matre D to waiters. Our group of 12 was split up into 4 tables during dinner time. We had all our reservations linked but dispute that the dining staff could not put us together or even close to each other. The service was one of the worst of all the cruises we have been on. It is slow and they forget what we ordered. We had to ask for refills of water, wine package we ordered, and high chair daily. Waiter was seen standing around while they seem short staffed. This is the reason, we decided not to cruise with Carnival the next time.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The ship is very nice and the entertainment under Butch (cruise director) was entertaining. He is no longer on Liberty and left to another ship.

Children's Programs

Our grandson loved Camp Carnival. The staff are friendly and the activities are fun!!

Service and Staff

Need much improvement for staff friendliness.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a good attendant and the size of the inside stateroom was good too. Put your suit cases underneath the bed.

Pros: Port of calls

Cons: Dining services, organization of getting people back on ship after ports

Recommends Carnival Liberty? No.
