Debarkation Nightmare!

Do they go to their casinos, the dealers and the casino mangers were very unprofessional. Carnival cruises should really consider additional professionalism training for the casino staff. Not only were they rude to the guests and they can't even distribute the chips correctly. The games were stopped many times because the dealers did not get the chips correct. Also, they way the Casino mangers talks to the guests were very rude.
One of the worst I've seen. Food quality was poor. Other than Guy's burger joint and the pizza, everything else was horrible.
Debarkation process is a joke. Carnival staff had inform us to do the zone debarkation process cause of our early flight. DO NOT do this. The self assist guests all left the ship before the early flight guests that were talked into using their Zone process. Not only did they not check our Zone slips before we left the ship, we had to wait a LONG time for her luggage. People with Zone #s after us got their luggage prior to us cause there was a mix up.
Other than that, the housekeeping staff, dining room staff, cruise director, and etc were wonderful.

Pros: Port of calls were nice, housekeeping crew kept everything clean, wonderful cruise director, onboard activities were fun

Cons: Debarkation was a nightmare, food was horrible, casino was very unprofessonal

Recommends Carnival Liberty? No.

The port itself is boring. You have to book a shore excursion.
