A Good Cruise

Sail Date: May 21, 2011

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The ship was very nice. It always smelled clean and you constantly saw maintenance cleaning and shining everything.

Pros: Shows and the food were great

Cons: Popular decks like the pool were very very crowded. Kids club had many activities but were all very sedate. The kids club did not utilize the Basketball and Volleyball courts. They did not use the miniature golf area and didn't even use the pool area during the day. Not enough physical activity.

Again, I feel the activities could have been more active. Video games like play station, and Wi can be played at home. They also had unsupervised scavenger hunts that my 10 year couldn't do, because if I wanted her unsupervised, she would not have been in camp.

We were a family of 4 in one room. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the bunk beds for the kids, one being a 19 year old. Was a little tight when everyone was trying to get ready for dinner.
