Review summary
We had a fabulous time on our cruise. In general the staff were very accomodating and great. The only issue I would say we had was the food service and bar service at our table for dinner was very slow. At times it would take over an hour to get a drink that was ordered at the beginning of the meal. It probably had something to do with the pop card, they were faster with alcohol than they were for kids drinks. The kids clubs were great. I would say the best ones were the 15 - 17 year olds and the 12 - 14 year olds. My son who is almost 10 thought the kid club for 9 - 11 year olds was ok. He thought it was geared more towards girls than boys and maybe some acitivities were on the young side. My daughter age 6, enjoyed the kids club at times but did not want to spend alot of time there. She was the only one out of our group that was in this particular age group and sometimes didn't want to leave our group. The entertainment was very good. Plenty to do at night, something for everyone. We booked one excursion from the ship and the rest we booked prior to departing with an outside company or when we got to port. we booked the scuba diving with the ship because we wanted to guarantee the company was respectable and ligit. All of the excursions were fantastic. Dunns river falls with the tube ride was incredible. Don't go on this excursion if you do not want to see the way of life for most Jamaican people. Make sure you do something out in the water in Grand Caymen. The water and ocean are so beautiful and clear. We did snorkeling and sting ray city. Excellent! This is a great cruise to go on for families and large groups with many different ages. We had an age span of 6 to 75 and everyone wants to do it again. Our cabin was an inside cabin, small but clean. We were travelling with others who got balconies and loved it. If you plan to have some quiet time in your room pick a window or balcony, if you plan to only be in your room at night, the inside cabin with no windows is a cheaper alternative. By the way this was our 3rd cruise, first one with our kids. They said it was one of the best vacations they have ever had.Ship experiences

Ports of call
Pros: We travelled with a group of 40 and loved being able to do things together or on our own. Loved two of the ports we went to. The excursions were fabulous.
Cons: The wait staff at dinner was the slowest we have ever had. We were originally put at a table with only our immediate family and we had the best server we have ever had but we wanted to be with the rest of our family and group that we werte travelling with so we switched tables.
