A beautiful cruise

Sail Date: October 16, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

We are deaf. We were frustrated because we can't hear the announcements, no opened captions, and too hot shower. We made a reservation in March 2010 and our travel agent called and told them that we needed a sign language interpreter. I emailed and reminded them that we need a sign lanaguage interpreter in two weeks before our cruise. They hadn't started to look for them since March. We were very dissappointed.

Pros: trips and musical shows

Cons: no interpreter, hot shower, no opened captions

Parasailing was great but too expensive for 5 min thrill ride.
