So-So Cruise

Sail Date: September 11, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

First time we had an inside room, that will never happen again, it was so small and dark. It was so cold I had to wear the robe all the time inside cabin, we tried to turn air down, but nothing changed. The buffet on Lido deck was terrible, we had to wait in line for everything, they had 2 people to make omelets for all of the guests. We finally started eating hard-boiled eggs. Not much of a selection on any type of food. They do not serve you any drinks, you get your own. The 1st 3 days the tables were not cleaned off until you asked to have them cleaned or did them yourselves. There must have been complaints, because after that, at least tables were cleaned. In main dining room, where we had all our evening meals, they were very friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job making all guests feel wonderful. We talked to other guests and they said other Carnival ships were alot better.

Pros: The dancers and the singers in the shows

Cons: Emily's (Buffet)

Recommends Carnival Liberty? No.
