A great cruise!

Sail Date: February 11, 2007

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

This was our first cruise so we really didn't know what to expect. We overall had a great time. The ship was clean and had a friendly and helpful staff. There was plenty of activities to chose from at all times of the day. We found that for us personally a cruise is too structured and found the port times not long enough and if you like to indulge in some drinks while vacationing, the bar bill is excruciating. I do recommend this ship to anyone wanting to take a cruise. The ship was HUGE!, beautiful, and clean.

Pros: The variety of activities.

Cons: Too structured.

Recommends Carnival Liberty? Yes!

George Town, Grand Cayman
Our excursion ran long so we were unable to shop but did here from other passengers that they were very pricey.
Don't Miss: Stingray city and Turtle farm
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
We went on a jeep tour and the beach they took us to was BEAUTIFUL!

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island
We did not care for this port. Souvenirs were pricey and the locals were not overly friendly (the cab driver was great). Although we did not do an excursion here and those may have been worth it.
