12 Night Mediterranean (Rome Roundtrip)
Sail Date: July 30, 2006
Ship: Carnival Liberty
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Family (older children)
Reviewed: 7 years ago
The ship was very nice. The service was very good. We were disappointed in the food in that it was adequate but not great. Towards the end of the cruise the meals in the dining room were better. We did not like our location in the Silver Dining Room. We were off to the side with families with younger children. We attempted to change without success. The shows were enjoyable.

Not enough time to do it justice. Would have enjoyed more time here and skip Barcelona to do so.,

Beautful city. But I would rather have skipped it and spent additional time in one of the other ports.

We took an excursion to Grass and St. Paul. Interesting and absolutely beautiful views. Wish we had extra time to spend in Cannes itself and to see where the film festival was.

We didn't take an excursion. We visited on our own. We took a boat to the Murano Glass Factory which was very nice.
