I really liked the ship and how the staff went out of their way to make sure that guest were comfortable and having fun. I did run into one staff member who apparently was tired of what he was doing. Andrew Clay, Excursion Shopping Specialist, was really rude, unwilling to help, and had a very cavalier attitude when we approached him with shopping questions. However, the cuise management responded to our complaint by letting us know that they are looking into it. Other than that and the fact that there were too many kids, it was nice. Also, a shout out to the Cruise Director, Kevin Noonan, he did an excellent job!! The ship was clean, shows were good, and food was okay. Overall, we had a pretty good experience.

Pros: The shows, effeciency and organzation of port tenders and debarkation at shore excursions

Cons: Too many children!
