The ship is clean, well maintained but the overcrowded deck, pools, and fitness center left us disapointed.

Food and Dining

The only negative in this category was on our formal night, we arrived at the dinning room, and 5 of the staff did not know where our table was. So they tried to sit us in the doorway as a quick fix. This was not acceptable for us to have people having to crawl around us going and coming through the doorway. So we left and had dinner on the Ledo deck.Same food less hassle.

We booked an excursion outside of Carnival with Carribean Tours and that worked our great. There was only 7 of us in the vehicle and the driver was more personable and we made new friends through the process. We saw the fern gulley, gardens, and Dunn Falls. The only negative is the local begging, and armed gaurds at the ports and shopping areas.

We visited the ruins and loved it.The gift shops we not much. The bus ride with the masses is something we would avoid next time.

We went on our own there and it was great. The turtle farm was a hit with our 10 yr. old. The rum cakes and rum are great.

Pros: The care given by the room stuart and overall service of the staff.

Cons: The redundant routines at sea from the music to the movies shown over and over.

Recommends Carnival Liberty? No.
