Very poor service

Room Type: Balcony

Service was well below standard. It took 4 days before the staff granted passengers forced smiles. The waiters assistant was invisible, until I informed the Purser that all Automatic tipping was to be withdrawn. The Drink Steward was positively surly. Critiques to hotel management were roundly ignored.

Pros: Fun Ports of Call

Cons: Poor service and misleading info from Pursers

Recommends Carnival Liberty? No.

Service and Staff
Most staff I met were surly or incompetent. Som retraining is needed. Some should be dismissed
Ship Quality
The Ship is very attractive
Food and Dining
Dining room food was nice, but service was so bad that it made the experience unpleasant. Buffet food was below average standards of a food court.
Cabin / Stateroom
Some great musicians were on this ship
Children's Programs
My 12 year old had fun.
