The cruise director James Dunn was irresponsible to our complains about his staff(and friend) misbehavior and insulting guests.
He was permanently displaying only the UK flag on the TV shows even this was a USA ship. That offended guests from USA and other countries. Very pour activities selection and taste. He discredited the Carnival wonderful cruise and crew.
