Ship was clean and overall appearance is good. My review will be focused on what the crew failed to do on return to the Tampa port. We were stopped due to fog at 3am the day of return. We were not notified of the delay until 9am. We were told that we could use the room phones and internet. Neither worked until afternoon. We did not disembark the ship until 6pm. This resulted in the inability to reschedule our flight back to Michigan. It also resulted in an excessive amount of cost and time to return home. The captain of the ship blamed the delay on 'mother nature'. I blame the additional return home costs and delays on 'mismanagement'. A formal complaint will follow.
