A nice break

The ship is a nice size. But if you're not a party person there is nothing to do on see days. We have been on 19 cruises, this was our first Carnival. We went because we got a really good price on a very nice room. Overall, it doesn't compare with the other cruise lines we have been on. It is a bare bones cruise but then you get what you pay for.

Pros: stateroom and iteneraries were very good

Cons: lack of sanitation. Nobody washes their hands. No staff stands at the dining room door encouraging people to sanitize hands.

Recommends Carnival Legend? No.

Ship Quality
Decor not appropriate for children. It has a Greek theme which uses nearly nude pictures in the elevators, etc.
Food and Dining
Food wasn't usually hot.
Cabin / Stateroom
For only 300 ft., it was extremely well laid out. Very comfortable and convenient
Service and Staff
The ladies in the spa were very lazy, not at all helpful. The only person that seemed to be helpful was Rob. My husband is blind and Rob took very good care of him while the girls said that they couldn't leave their desk to help. NOT GOOD. What do they think they are there for?
Costumes were nice. Talent just maybe average.
