We enjoyed our stay. There is room for improvement. Especially with the tender boat process. We did not purchase any shore excursions. Because we did not give our money to Carnival, we were forced to wait 1.5 hours in order to tender off the boat. Essentially, we were crammed into the Follies theater and expected to wait for the paying (excursion purchasers) to tender off first. We were told it would only be 15 minutes. It was 1.5 hours. We lost out on valuable port time and were essentially treated as 2nd class because we chose to explore ports on our own, not pay Carnival to do so for us.

Pros: Our Steward and waiter.

Cons: The tender boat process. We waited for 1 1/2 hours to get on shore.

Recommends Carnival Legend? Yes!
