Carnival Legend Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western

Review SummaryWe enjoyed the ship and the overall cruise but found Carnival significantly unresponsive to cabin problems. The dial on the thermostat in our cabin was broken. After a day and a half of calling for repairs (including one call where the receptiomist complained because I had called five times) a maintenance man showed up and it took about 2 minutes to install a working dial.
Our cabin was located next to a service locker for the stewards in that section. Evidently the door to the service entrance had some type of automatic closer that caused the door to slam shut so hard that our cabin seemed to vibrate. Not so bad until we realized the first morning that the service personnel started banging that door at 5:30 a.m. We asked for help many times, but never had a peaceful morning all week. Especially hard on us because it was a handicapped equipped cabin and I have MS.
Maybe our last cruise with Carnival
Pros: Fine ship with good food and food service.
Cons: Cabins service by senior personnel
