I HAVE BEEN ON 3 CRUISES THIS YEAR. CARNIVAL LIBERTY, RC MAJESTY, AND CARNIVAL LEGEND. THIS SHIP IS BY FAR THE WORST SHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN ON!
Food and Dining

FOOD WAS GREAT! ATE AT TRUFFLES 3 NIGHTS. WE WERE IN PORT MOST DAYS AND DIDN'T WANT TO HASSLE GETTING DRESSED UP FOR DINNER SO ATE AT BUFFET OTHER NIGHTS. PROBLEM IS- THEY HAVE HUGE REST. AND ONLY HAVE ONE LINE OPEN AT DINNER WHICH PROVIDES NO VARIETY. LUNCH IS GREAT ASIAN, HAMBURGERS,SALAD,PIZZA AND FLAVOR OF THE DAY. BUT IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AFTER 9 SORRY IT'S PIZZA AND ICE CREAM FOR YOU!! AND FORGET THE MIDNITE BUFFET OF YESTERYEAR. IT'S HAMBURGERS FROM THE GRILL!!

THE VERY BEST EVER! IF YOU COULD CLONE CAMP CARNIVAL STAFF AND SEND THEM TO DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE SHIP IT WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER CRUISING EXPERIENCE
Service and Staff

CAMP CARNIVAL HAS 3 WONDERFUL LADIES NIKKI, JOSEPHINE, AND MELANIE THAT ARE THE BEST ON ANY CRUISE SHIP. THEY WENT WAY ABOVE BOARD TRYING TO GET MY 2 YR OLD TO GO TO PLAYGROUP. MY 4 YR OLD LOVED THEM SO MUCH HE STAYED THERE ON AVERAGE OF 10 HOURS A DAY ON PORT DAYS AND CRIED WHEN I PICKED HIM UP. STAFF IN MOST OTHER AREAS WERE VERY UNWILLING TO HELP, OR PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

GROSS! WHILE LOOKING FOR A LOST DIAMOND EARRING, MY FRIEND FOUND A PAIR OF MEN'S DIRTY SOCKS AND A SLEW OF TOENAIL CLIPPINGS UNDER HER BED, AND THIS WAS THE 5TH DAY INTO THE CRUISE. SHOULD HAVE DEFINITELY BEEN VACUUMED BY THEN!! ALSO, FIRST NIGHT OF DINING AT TRUFFLES, WE SAT DOWN TO SOME FOOD RESIDUE ON ONE OF OUR PLATES. I TOLD ASST WAITER, AND HE WIPED IT OFF WITH BARE HAND AND LEFT PLATE FOR US TO USE. HAD TO INFORM HEAD WAITER WHO JUST LAUGHED!

SIZE WAS JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER SHIP. IT'S THE CLEANLINESS THAT MADE THIS ONE NOT RECOMMENDED. I HAD THE BALCONY STATEROOM AND BROUGHT MY OWN DVD PLAYER FOR THE KIDS (ONE NOT PROVIDED) THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE AN INPUT ON THE TV TO HOOK IT UP! BRING EXTENSION CORDS AND MULTI PLUGS IF YOU HAVE EXTRA GADGETS THAT NEED CHARGING. WITH 2 PLUGS ITS HARDLY ENOUGH ELECTRICAL OUTLETS!
