Just being on vacation was the best part and our room steward was great! I don't want to seem to be a complainer, but we have been on this exact cruise 4 times, and this was our least favorite. I believe you need to work on customer service. Our  dining room servers seemed annoyed and unfriendly.  They acted as if they didn't want to bring us our selections and that it was  A task to do their job.  As if it was somehow annoying to them.  The lack of customer service was very apparent.  The comedy act was nowhere near as entertaining as the prior cruises and  and the pool area had no real entertainment going on other than music.  We have been on many cruises and this was our least enjoyable as of yet.
