We took a family trip and there was something for everyone.we are all Complaints would be that there was no soap in our bathroom...the whole trip because they said they ran out, room service never answered the phone... we tried 4 times to call, then when we finally ordered breakfast from the continental card on our door they called 1/2 hr after and said it was coming...we waited another 45 min and left for the buffet. Lots of lines for the buffet...and the Mexican Fiesta late buffet that was on the list of activities didn't exist when we got there. It was like it was eliminated and no one said anything
Dee the cruise director was great. Our servers were excellent and fun and living- Jomer and Enrico. Both comedians were excellent. The shows were mediocre...but it is a 4 day cruise and I know they aren't going to go all out with a huge show.
The Shakespeare library had no books in it... :/ the piano player at the bar was terrible. Not a great voice. Our room steward was excellent and very sweet.
We loved Catalina and Ensenada. Lots of kids during the week and easter break. Glad we weren't on the weekend with all the crazy spring breakers.
