" a so-so cruise"

Sail Date: December 19, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The ship was lovely, but it wasn't worth the price. The public restrooms were always stinky, and smelly

Pros: The dinner waiters were awesome

Cons: The cabin and cabin steward service

Recommends Carnival Inspiration? No.

Food and Dining
All the food tasted the same. Very disappointed after having cruised with other ship companies. Desserts were dry, and not nearly the selection of cuisines that usually are hyped on cruise ships
Cabin / Stateroom
Five of us packed in the space of a closet. I was not prepared for the fact that we would actually be "stacked on top of each other"
Service and Staff
Certainly not very helpful. They day we disembarked, we ordered room service, and it was 1 1/2 hours late, showing up just as we were leaving the ship. Never re-filled the ice bucket, and I resent paying a required gratuity, when the staff are not willing to earn it.
One comedian was great...the other shows were not that great, and one night there was no entertainment at all.
