We sailed on the Carnival Inspiration to the Western Carribean July 30 to August 4, 2011. Our accomodiation was horrible since we were given one queen and a bunk bed for four passengers. I booked our trip OV in the hopes that we would have a fairly decent upgraded accomodation but to our dismay we were assigned this type of cabin which was so difficult and inconvenient for us as the four of us traveling are in our seventies. I suggest that when booking a room assignments for OV , the age of the travelers should be taken into consideration. I do not recommend any OV arrangements for anyone traveling as you would be given horrible accomodations, instead of the promised upgrade possibility-our accomodatiion was more of a downgrade as opposed to an upgrade as advertised. If not for a very efficient and friendly cabin steward (Jerry) our trip would have been a disaster. The horrible accomodation is not a reflection of the overall rating of the ship since the ship is clean, the food presentation was great and the staff extremely accomodating, respectful and friendly.

Pros: The Staff efficiency and friendliness.

Cons: Mediocre entertainment
