Loved the ship and crew Had a great cruise> the problem was when we returned home and discovered our Grand Daughter had a $500.00 phone bill. She did not make a call or send a text but her phone was left on 2 days. VERIZON is her server they said the phone roamed 2 days without ever being used .They refuse to reduce this and have asked for full payment I am warning all future cruisers if VERIZON is your server TURN YOUR OFF OR LEAVE IT AT HOME. We thought since the phone was not used we were safe. My husband and I both left our phones on but we had another server so we were not charged. Charges like this can ruin your home coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
