Review summary

Older, smaller ship, but it was clean and staff was very nice. Grand Cayman was a waste of time. I mean "time" not the island. Making everyone wait to disembark until the people who bought excursions through Carnival wasn't right shortened our time ashore to about 4 hours. On the ship drinks were $8 to $10 for a beer or mixed drink. Casino was tight stick to the table games, slots were so tight I didn't talk to anyone who won.

Beach was nice. Getting on and off the ship was a slow process. I won't take another cruise that includes Grand Cayman.

The snorkeling at the Chankanaab park was nice. (fee to get in.)
Don't Miss: Carlo's and Charlie's Ribs and Barbecued shrimp.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff.

Cons: Waiting in lines at Grand Cayman to get on/off the ship. Casino/tight slot machines were ridiculous. Drink prices are high.

Recommends Carnival Inspiration? No.
