Review SummaryWe just sailed on Carnival's Inspiration out of Tampa. The crew on board are very nice and friendly, especially the dining staff. The food in the dining room is first rate, and the buffet is just so-so. We didn't feel there were enough activities fr passengers while we were at sea. We have been on other cruises, and expected more. They scheduled things they had going on, one on top of the other, no time to clear out one group before another showed up. The ship itself was very nice, and as well laid out as any ship we have been on. We tried to contact Carnival Cruise Lines customer service three times before the cruise, both by phone and Email. They never responded, even one time. Theirs is the worst customer service department that we have ever seen. I am not sure that I could recommend Carnival to anyone else with a clear consience.
Ports of Call
Don't Miss: None that we saw
Don't Miss: Seafood at one of the fine restaurants.
Pros: It inexpensive and went out of Tampa, a plus for us.
Cons: Carnival Cruise Lines customer service is non-existant.
