the crew onboard was very friendly and attentive to our needs. we never had a question left unanswered. room service was fast and fabulous. the pool decks and jacuzzis were clean and they were very good about keeping the kids out of the adult areas. we were not a fan of the musical type shows they had but the comedy shows were hysterical! the formal night was pretty good - we enjoyed the professional pictures they were taking around the ship. they claimed to have an area to rent formal-wear though, and it was definitely sub-par. the cruise was definitely organized when it came to everything going on during the trip. it was relatively easy to embark and disembark the ship. there were apparantly upwards of 400 children on-board and due to the "camp carnival" we never noticed more than 3 or 4 kids at a time, and they were never a problem. the rooms were everything we needed and the beds were unbelievable. we were definitely sad to leave the comfort of them, surprising as that sounds. all in all, we're looking to book another as we speak!

Pros: the beds!!

Cons: the food
