A wonderful first experience!

Sail Date: May 17, 2007

Room Type: Oceanview

Considering Inspiration isn't Carnival's newest ship, they have done an amazing job in keeping it in tip top shape. It appears to have been renovated over the years and looks beautiful.

Pros: Dinners, stateroom, everything!

Cons: Coffee in the brasserie

My partner and I originally signed up for the "Mayan Jungle Adventure", which included zip lines, snorkeling, and mountain biking. Unfortunately, it was cancelled the night before; thus, we chose the Jeep adventure. We began downtown and went off-roading, ultimately ending up at a ferry that took us to Isla Pasion. This activity is a wonderful way to enjoy oneself in the beautiful city (provided you don't have previous neck or back injuries:-) ) We returned in time to shop, enjoy the port area, and share a drink at Senor Frog's.
