Carnival Imagination

3 Night Baja Mexico (Los Angeles Roundtrip)

Sail date: May 30, 2019

Ship: Carnival Imagination

Traveled as: Couple

Reviewed: 6 months ago

Review summary

I’m not a huge fan of Carnival in general, but the food was good, and dining room manager made sure to correct the mistakes the servers and hosts made. Not bad for a little 3-day getaway.

The Love and Marriage Game Show is tired, and Bingo five times over three days got old real quick.

I specifically requested to have the beds pushed together for us upon arrival, but our room had bunk beds and they said they couldn’t change it.

Ship tip

Good for kids, teens, and college kids wanting to party, and for seniors wanting to play Bingo; not great for married couples just wanting to relax.

Ensenada, Mexico

La Bufadora was beautiful to watch. The trip out there isn’t great, but the food and shopping once you’re there is worth it.
