I went with my sister Albina Colby. So this review is from both of us. Overall experiance was very good. We loved fun spirit , hardworking staff, and events!

The 80 th show musical was outstanding!

We really want to cruise with Carnival Imagination more times, and that is why we are taking our time for leaving comments which we believe can improve environment.

Few things really bothered us. There are a  different group age people, but some young people had inappropriate( R-rated)  behavior, which affect the image of a family cruise line. We suggest the management establishes an etiquette and request a respectful behavior. One of the biggest problem is that kids play and use a Jacuzzi in adult area right next to two majot outdoor bars, where are a lot of drunk people , and suggestion is to divide adult and kids area for safety of both groups. We believe management have to pay attention to it on daily basis.

We have been staying at U41 room, and we don't have name of manager of room service. So, you can find his name. He actually insulted us by his inappropriate behavior. He knocked our door one morning, and even though we yelled that we are inside the room, he went ahead and opened the door. We were still in bed, and he proceeded walking inside the room and telling us to get up because the room needed to be cleaned. It made us feel very uncomfortable and we find this behavior absolutely unacceptable!!! He did it again the following day, except that this time I was actually naked while changing in the room. And even though my sister told him that I was naked, he still walked inside the room. We beleive this person should NOT be allowed to work in such "family-friendly" cruise line, because it makes us feel uneasy what intentions this man has and if he is safe to work in the place we trust with our children. He had no ethics, polite attitude, or sense of what's appropriate. We strongly suggest that you seriously pay attention to this matter as it might be something more serious than a man just "peaking" at the undressed women.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We have to compliment two people who made our dining experience very pleasant, special and enjoable: Tatyana the waitress from the Main Dining room; Sanita Selaga always made us feel welcomed and special, and who definitely deserves to become a manager of the dining room because of her devotion to the guests and attention to details. Another person who made an impression was a guy in his 50s spanish looking who works at Blue Iguana Bar.

Please read our comment above regarding the housekeeping manager. However, we do appreciate all others who made our stay a wonderful experience.

It was clean but the design needs some upgrades as it is quite outdated.

Ship Tip

OUr tip would be to ask for Tatyana in the Main Dining room and get to meet Sanita as they will make your experience special.
