Food service was horrible! Not only did the food taste disgusting; apparently some signature dishes are no longer served (i.e. Baked Alaska and the surf and turf had a $20 surcharge) with the new "American" menu. That needs to be done away with! People are cruising to leave America! Not continue to have American food that doesn't taste right to begin with. The servers were redicoulously slow and had no interpersonal skills. Food arrived cold, and we were never asked once if We needed anything, how we liked it, etc. I had to call numerous servers down to get my needs met. We dined both in anytime dining, and assigned seating dining because we made the request in hopes for change; with no such improvement. Along with dinner, the buffet was no better. Salad not fresh, dressing tasted sour, bread hard as a rock, dishes just sitting in oil; drinking glasses marked and dirty, pretty sure they were just rinsed out and put back for new use!

The Triva guys Este and Brad were great! And our stateroom attendant, Eddie was super nice!
