Both of our port excursions were cancelled which didn't make us very happy. Then, one of the jewelry (fun shop) employees was very pushy & impatient coming off as inconvenienced after we had spent a large amount of money there buying 2 watches. Lastly the debarkation process was very slow. That said, we did still have an overall good time, mainly due to a 3rd party excursion we had to book in ensenada. I may price quote Royal Caribbean next time to compare.
