Entire staff is extremely polite, helpful and pleasant.  Buffet food is not too good but adequate as they are cooking for the masses.  Best tip is to dine in the finer dining areas.  The young man who cleaned our room remember our names and addressed us by name each and every day.  Casino dealer, one in particular was still learning her trade so pay attention the hands.
