The food was not up to par. At the buffet many of the foods (in the trays) were luke warm at best and many times actually cold. I took the first piece of fish just after it was brought in and it was even hot. At the section where they make sandwiches etc as you order, I asked for the hot turkey and lo and behold it was cold. They could also change up the menu items at the buffet. It was the same all the time.
There could have been more shows. One day they didn't have any shows at all. It was good the comedians did a different show each time. The dancing and singers show was great. I couldn't wait to watch the last show for them but it was canceled because of injury. So the best show on the cruise didn't occur. And they had no replacement for it. Another blank space for entertainment. Overall, they needed more entertainment shows. Comedians and dancers/singers was not enough.
The employees were all very nice and helpful. They could put the floor numbers on each floor by the stairs so you didn't have to look around the corner for what floor you were on as you walked up or down the stairs. They should change the elevator floor buttons. They were very hard to see and you had to get within a foot of them to read what floor you were on. And they were not lit up or even in a different color from the background. Again very hard to read.
The various clubs were run well.
