This was only my second cruise (different cruise line the first time), so I had a comparable in mind every step of the way and had expectations already preset.  Unfortunately this was the end of hurricane season and we DEFINITELY were affected by the wind and strong currents/waves in the water - literally swaying from side to side while walking down hallways on the ship - no kidding.  One of the water slides also had to be closed due to strong winds because the ladder to get on the slide was several feet in the air.  The food was awesome - no complaints what-so-ever!  The adult beverage program was not available on this vessel and that was so disappointing - also found out that both guests in a cabin MUST purchase the program or neither person can purchase it seperately!  The ship was beautiful and there was so many options of activities and events to participate in.  One suggestion that I would give to crew is to NOT start activities earlier than the itinerary states because many guests plan out their days according to schedule and when you start an event or activity 15-20 minutes earlier than posted, that is not a good experience for someone rushing from one side of the ship to the other to participate and only to arrive and find out you started much sooner than scheduled.  It was also disappointing how some important activities were scheduled to overlap and if you left one early, you couldn't get the full benefit of attendance while you were trying to leave in time to get some time in another!  The coupon book program needs much more advertising and publicity to be successful and fully utilized.  We didn't purchase it until Cozumel, so missed out on the perks of Key West when it should have been discounted a little since some benefits were forfeited.  The expiration date also seems ridiculous - we were on the cruise 11/4 and the expiration date was 11/30???  That doesn't make sense, especially when there are other places you might plan to go by the end of the year!!!  Overall, the cruise was a good one, but tweaking some of the policies and procedures could make it a great one!  The parties were awesome...  The photo program could also be improved to be a win-win for everyone - you guys waste so much paper, time and energy when you could offer many other purchase options to profit more on the photos...  We watched the crew throwing all of the unclaimed/unpurchased pictures - WHAT A WASTE!?!

Ship Tip

Make sure that you sit down and dine in the restaurants for some of your meals - different food options available and also order room service at least once!
