Carnival Imagination Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western

Review SummaryIt was evident to me that the line has cutback to save money. Eg using disc jockeys instead of a live band. This was evident on lido deck as well as a lack of bands to dance throughout the ship. The food in the bouffet
was repetative each day for the most part. (only saw swiss cheese once, all other days it was the same. Never saw any pasta dishes. Everyday the same salad ingrediants (never saw Ceasars Salad) etc.
My cabin (sold as a Junior suite was not even large enough to contain a chair) The balcony was 3 feet wide and 6 feet long. I expected more from a junior suite and wonder what the lower class cabins would look like. I knew ahead of time that we had an obstructed view and was ok with that.
For the under 40, it was truly a fun ship with constant activities for them. The entertainment (except for the dance company) was so=so
with one act being 2 break dancers and another 2 stand-up comediens, The cruise staff was very friendly. The food in the dinning room was good.
