WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Sail Date: October 22, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

My cruise partner was in SO MUCH pain from the time we arrived on the ship. We needed HELP and we just could not get it!! NO ONE really cared on that ship. We wanted to get off at first stop & go to Key WEST Hospital, but they sent us to their doctor instead who only works 2+ hours a day and we needed HELP NOW!! But we did as they ask and went to their doctor who gave a wrong diagnosis and whose meds did NOT help ONE BIT!! So we were STUCK on that ship til Cozumel where we disembarked and had to stay for 2 nights. HORROR!! Then we were so much as DESERTED in Mexico. $5000 later we finally got discharged and returned home... WITH LITTLE help from Carnival!!!...We have nicknamed them the "MONEY MAKING MACHINE" They need to care more about their passengers and employ some people who can speak english and who want to help people who are in a MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!!

Pros: Their PORT AGENT from Mexico, EMILIO!! Wonderful man!! Only person who helped us and made us feel SAFE!!!

Cons: WE COULD NOT GET HELP!!! AND WE NEEDED HELP!!!

Recommends Carnival Imagination? No.
